"The staff was terrific. Everyone was personable and helpful. That made for a pleasant stay. I hung my towels up so they could be reused, but received new towels each day. Also, my soap was replaced after one day’s use. I would have been ok with using the same towels and soap. Good food also. Gelato was terrific treat each night. "

While checking me in, he was on his cell phone the entire time, speaking in some foreign language. While the place is ok, customer service is non-existent."
