"I like the area. Winn Dixie and 7-11 across the street. Restaurants close by. Beach is awesome. Like most hotels around there it's not new. They do a pretty good job at keeping up the property.. but it's a beach front hotel. Expect the salt and the sand to create constant maintenance. "
