"They have a tendency to not make our beds , without us commenting about the situation. We stay there for 4 days and 3 nights."

"Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service."

"Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. This damage in the sink was there for some time due to the discoloration in crack. Breakfast is meager on selections, with no fresh fruit. While we would stay at this Hotel for future travel to Morton, they need to improve their commitment to customer service, rather than to make promises that are not completed."

"The lady at the front desk was very sweet and greeted us with a smile and "Welcome" as we walked through the door. However the hotel is VERY VERY OUTDATED! Our room was clean, but the baseboards were thick with dust throughout the entire room. The wooden blunds also were dusty. The trim on tge boards up top were caked with dust and cobwebs. It is a smoke-free hotel, but our floor stunk of pot terribly. We did bring it to her attention and she said she had another complaint as well, but she wad waiting for another staff person to show up for their shift so she wasnt leaving the front desk unattended. The hot tub was out of commission. We were told it has been broke for 3 years and the owner didnt want to pay to fix it because of how much it would cost. So it just sits collecting dust and bugs. The entire building smelled old and musty throughout. The life is gone from this hotel. We have stayed at other Stoney Creeks before and never had any problems. This one is a eye sore and we would never recommend anyone to stay there. It's past due for a face-lift. If the owner can't afgord it, then time to sell it. But tge front desk gal deserves an A+ in my opinion. She was great!!"
