「Out of over 12 facilities we stayed in over three weeks, this was the most expensive and the most disappointing. Had to call number at office for code for our room entry. Never received message with access information. We were there 3 nights. Never saw anyone in office that was open with all room keys hanging, which is a security issue. Light fixture did not work in our room. Missing tiles in shower and bathroom floor. It was clean. Never received any clean towels. Had to go get more coffee...

「Arrived at midnight due to the delay of the flight. Staff at the front desk is very helpful.」

「The inn was so inviting and clean.The staff was fabulous, even packing us breakfast to go on the days when we were leaving for the day before breakfast hours. My struggle with the room was the fact the air conditioner is 6 inches from the head of the bed and quite noisy. As a light sleeper, this was difficult to sleep through. There isn’t a lot of room to rearrange, but even flipping the head of the bed to the opposite wall where the dresser is currently would have made it better.」

「Everything was fantastic for the White Buffalo Club... from the decor to the service to the comfort of the room. The only minor imperfections were limited parking spaces and the loud water noise from the bathroom next door––this was the most disturbing for my stay at the hotel as it woke my family up. 」

「Our room was a bit smaller than a chain hotel room. However, it was perfectly finished. The shower head was one of the best I've ever used. The mini-split heat exchanger worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were perfect. It was very quiet. The wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.」
