"Why bring kids to Vegas? During my stay the neighboring room guests had underage minors ding dong ditching pounding on my door multiple times, i could hear laughter and doors slamming, i called security to have it addressed. Following morning I had security come and knock on my door while I was sleeping with my do not disturb sign intact. He claimed there was a call about a noise disturbance.With the shades drawn, a dark room with no tv on, clearly obvious this was a retaliation from the neighbor for my previous complaint. Later that morning before leaving to get Sunday brunch there within the casino, a handwritten derogatory note was placed on my door. Now, the only reason I initially booked at your hotel was to celebrate a relative's birthday who is a hosted guest. I am not, I paid out of pocket for 4 nights with a 3rd party site (Expedia) and honestly have never had a situation like this from any other hotel casino.I felt so disrespected, and embarrassed for this situation. I did come to the front desk to talk to management and they stated it would be taken care of. How? As far as i'm concerned nothing was done. I received no comps or reversed charges or anything to set my mind as ease. In my opinion. Hotel decor and atmosphere was enjoyable despite the thin walls.I felt like my stay here was ruined and really can't see myself booking here again. It is a shame that a blue collar hard working man like myself cannot receive the same service a hosted guest receives. "

"I was there for a soccer showcase so didn't really use the amenities but the property was nice and the 2 bedrooms were set-up nicely. There's a grocery store in CVS across the street, great if you want to cook meals in the room."

"I would never stay here again. I feel misled by the reviewers who rated this place “wonderful”. It’s not anywhere close to wonderful. It’s an aging property that suffers from either indifferent management or poor labor, or both. The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched. It has huge bubbles. My 4-year old tripped twice. Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Cabinets not cleaned, drawers not cleaned out, bedding with stains, poor maintenance/cleaning in the shower area. Hallways smell like smoke, dirty carpets, poor wall paint/wallpaper repair. The pool area gets about 3 hours of direct sun. The pool deck is in poor repair, th gates are rusted out, the pool tiles haven’t been cleaned in ages. "
