"My check in was for 4:00 pm. Tgey didnt have my room ready until 5:15. When we got in the room, the bed frame was broken and they had to come in and fix it. After they fixed the frame, the mattress was horrible and old. The game room is never available for kids, due to their sales presentations. This property is no longer kid friendly. I wont be returning."

"We stayed in building 1 for 5 days. Pros: The room overall was very convenient. Washer/ dryer, full kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The room itself was spacious for a family of 4. The pool facility nearby was large, and the BBQ area had plenty of space to picnic. The kids all had fun. Cons: Only one elevator was working with a line of people, causing major delays. There were no shampoo and soaps like the other hotels do, we had to buy our own. The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly so we had to use gaff tape to keep it closed to make sure our food doesn’t spoil. The ice maker in the freezer was making ice but had mold attached to it. We were there for a volleyball tournament and didn’t have time to ask staff to fix it. We’d come back to the room feeling exhausted from our day. For the fee per night, it’s still not bad. "

"This hotel is one of my favorites! Exquisitely clean, updated, year-round pool for the kids, mermaid tanks, and connected to a giant Bass Pro Shop. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the restaurants on site are mediocre and overpriced. "
