"The place was in a good location, and views were nice. Free parking is nice too. It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. "This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect because it's close to the heart of Waikiki but just far enough off the beaten path to not feel like there's too much hustle going on around the hotel. It's really the perfect world. The room and the views are amazing. If you want to chill at the pool, they have a great one. And I get comped breakfast at Monkeypod Restaurant which has an amazing view of the ocean. I look forward to returning and staying at this hotel again next year!"
