「I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. 「No parking, had to walk blocks to get in and the codes you use is crazy. Room had a leg wobbly on couch, stagnant yellow water in fridge. Unit was when I arrived took someone forever to get back, told me to take pictures and sent me instructions. I did all they said and it wouldn't cool below 76. I travel for work and thought this would be great but after working in the heat coming back to a hot room was unacceptable. No management on site or maintenance on property.
