「Nice hotel and good breakfast 」

「Reserved and paid for two rooms for one night through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk appeared to have difficulty using a new computer system and encountered problems assigning the rooms. After checkout, the hotel incorrectly charged an additional room to my credit card. When I contacted the hotel, the clerk was unable to determine how to correct the issue. As a result, I was required to dispute the charge with both my bank and Expedia. The matter remains pending resolution.」

「Beautiful historical building. Lovely large rooms and cozy common areas. We ate at their sister properties which offered discounts to guests. Both dining experiences were excellent.」

「Basic budget hotel with minimal amenities but its affordable and functional. Room did the job and the continental breakfast was good. Parking was easy and there was no noise from the freeway despite it being close.」

「Staff were so kind and accommodating. Bed was comfy and loved the shower. Came for a wedding and the location was great. Breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here.」
