「We had a great time at Knoll House - a truly old British affair - vintage and well loved, quirky, fun, v friendly and efficient staff, good dinner, excellent breakfast. Perfect for a family break with plenty of facilities and brilliantly located. We took our small dog who was welcomed by staff. By the very nature of being dog and family friendly this is a cosy place, gentile but not fancy - ideal for active guests with plenty of space for grandparent to join too! 」

「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「High quality fittings and fixtures in bed and spacious bathroom. Lovely shower with clearly marked toiletries. Nice little extras (e.g. a fan and clothes brush). Neat tea/coffee making area. Double aspect in both bed and bathroom (that’s a first!). The staff and receptionist are cheerful, helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel on the beach with its gorgeous terrace is perfect. Breakfast: Eggs Benedict cooked perfectly, lovely pastries and fresh bed - plus plus. Next job is...

「Great location right on the doorstep on the channel. Staff really friendly, romms clean and well kept. The bar was nice and decent variety of drinks. We didn't eat as i was visiting a friend do went out but will definitely consider using again wjen I'm back down. 」

「無論裝修, 佈置, 職員, 食物都是一流, 特別感謝一位男職員, 替我們拿重重的行李上樓梯, 還有碰面時親切的問侯,熱心的幫忙,令我感覺到他是非常專業兼熱愛工作的人。整間酒店的佈置裝修都非常有心思, 一流的品味, 餐廳的食物賣相及味道, 真令我感動, 多謝廚師用心烹調。房間寧靜舒服, 整潔程度滿分, 可見整間酒店的員工都很專業。酒店設施我給４分是如有個雪櫃就更加好了。」

「Only a one night stay with our son and new wife to celebrate their wedding that day. Staff were amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Made use of the pool and sauna and quiet areas although had to stop using the pool for the aerobics class. Had dinner in the Upper Deck restaurant which was lovely. Again brilliant staff who new their stuff」

「酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。」
