「服務人員親切、附近交通便利、位置佳，我預訂了6個晚上的住宿。只是床太軟、枕頭更軟，雖然向櫃檯反應了數次，也更換了枕頭兩次，枕頭卻仍然偏軟而難以入睡，失眠了四個晚上。第五天在附近的商店買了較硬的枕頭，最後兩天就很好入睡。如果飯店可以準備少數較硬的枕頭以解決住客的睡眠問題，就會比較完善。」

「周围吃饭的地方比较多，外部环境一般，房间内还可以，毕竟在纽约，寸土寸金。前台服务态度很好。」

「Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」

「The Hotel is in a fairly good location, very walkable to shops and restaurants as well as to public transportation. Jasmine at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a pub in the side street my window pointed to but the noise level was not obnoxious thanks to good noise reducing windows. The contact with the hotel was easy, online check-in made arriving quick. Another plus… no need for a key as the entrance and room...

「If you’ve stayed at a Motel One in Europe before, then you know not to expect too much in terms of amenities. However, the room had everything we needed: a small fridge, iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected; we were able to fit two large suitcases. Staff were very friendly and the location is great for transport, particularly if you’re planning on using the ferries. All in all a good experience.」
