「Staff experience was excellent」

「Overall it was decent, room was clean. But you definitely could hear your neighbors t.v and sometimes hear them talking. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and it had other food options close to hotel. 」

「The one staff member we encountered at check-in was lovely. However, she was the only person on site with full capacity and there were maintenance issues that she was trying to work through such as broken ice machine. When we got back late in the evening, a guest was there to check in and the guest was locked out and hotel staff was nowhere to be found. In the morning we realized there was no smoke alarm in our room. Maintenance and amount of staff are a problem.」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「The gentleman at the front desk last night (May 5th) was great. I came to him after realizing there were bed bugs in the room (223) with some of them in a coffee cup for proof. I was planning on going to my car to sleep for the night but he was confident that a new room would NOT be the same. I stayed but had to write a review to warn other guests in the future. 」
