"The hotel overall was well maintained. It’s located in a quiet area The hotel is a reasonable walk to local attractions such as the Bass Museum, Lincoln Road Mall, and the ballet. The beach access is a block away. The pool was a little small and sometimes crowded. "

"I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything, which made getting around so easy and convenient. Overall, I left very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"I was really looking forward to this vacation. The photos online looked like a dream but unfortunately when we arrived, it was a nightmare. The property was severely OUTDATED. The room was extremely overpriced for a very tiny space. The water pressure was horrible, for the shower and toilet. The room that was given to us was near the staircase and we heard nothing but the door slamming all night long. The bed was hard, not comfortable at all. Our room was never cleaned the whole entire stay. The hotel has a “free” happy hour for the guests but they only give you one free drink so please don’t call it a free happy hour. That was very misleading. The pool looked like something from the 70s. Nothing has been updated. The staff was nice at the front desk. But the overall experience was 3.3 out of 10. "

"The beach view from the first floor was limited. The room had some maintenance issues (the smoke detector and one of the blinds). The breakfast included was basic but ok. The room was beautiful and very spacious."
