「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team).
