I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marhaba Palace, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The facilities were exceptional, including a gym, pool, spa, tennis courts, and kids' club. The beach was located only a few seconds away, which had a very soft, sandy beach and was very clean. The level of service and attention to detail was truly remarkable, making it a truly 5-star experience. I would recommend it to everyone and can't wait to return!

Tunisian đŸ‡č🇳 beach break

Great 4 night break with friends on all inclusive basis. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, selection of food on offer exceeded expectations with local specialties included. Plentiful drinks which were more than palatable at the extremely reasonable price paid. Two large pools with plenty of sun beds with direct access on to the beach. All in all a great trip.

Pictures online are deceiving - beds are single not doubles. Some staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, some were better. Food at the hotel restaurant was almost inedible and close to zero options for vegetarians, we had all inclusive but ate every meal outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable enough and bathrooms were clean. Shower has no water pressure and the water did not drain efficiently. Overall, didn't need to switch hotel but wouldn't go back here.

Restaurant service is horrible

The overall service is amazing, when I arrived the check in was so fast and they gave me a room upgrade. The whole stuff is amazing and care about each aspect. EXCEPT when it comes to the restaurant, horrible horrible experience that I lived more than once. This is my go to hotel and I recommend it for so many people including my own family. In the restaurant they book you a table and nothing is respected after. I had 1 night blown away and I had to buy my own food from outside the hotel (even that I booked all inclusive). They kept moving us from one table to another, they were so rude (at the service level not at the management level) and I heard racist terms from one of the servers stating that I cannot stay in one of the table (seems like I'm not the clientele that they would allow at those table) even that the table was reserved with my room number. So sad to live that experience, I would think thousand time before re-booking here.

Bit disappointing.

Hotel was okay, it's has the making of being good but just lacking the extra mile that makes it good . Bedroom was fine , bed was comfy, as we where there in December and the weather wasn't great we appreciated the heating which worked fine. The main hotel building was cool to cold. Food unfortunately wasn't up to scratch, lots of uneatable choice but poor quality, don't be going for food or drink , the bar has no premium drinks , just very cheap copies most of which taste awful, staff where very nice and courteous but everything just lacked a good hotel feel. Pity really with just a bit of extra effort it could be so much better. There where cats running around the inside of the hotel and bar , birds flying around the dining room and landing on food, lots of cleaners but they didn't seem to achieve very much, lovely setting and pool area , unfortunately the weather wasn't great for us and we didn't get to use it but it all looked very pleasant. I did go for a massage and seaweed scrub, it was fine , no complaints but I have had much better , it was all a bit clinical, more like being in a hospital than a hotel , personal service was lacking , nothing special but it was quite cheap. All in all not great , very average, wouldn't return.

Un palace peut-ĂȘtre, mais au standard Tunisien

Un sĂ©jour sympa dans ce vieux palace entretenu Ă  moindre frais. On s’attendrait logiquement Ă  des prestations et des Ă©quipements bien au dessus, mais tout est en rapport avec la politique de rĂ©duction des coĂ»ts pour attirer une clientĂšle de type classe moyenne de l’hĂ©misphĂšre nord. Les Ă©quipements sont donc vieillissants mais toujours fonctionnels, les travaux d’entretien limitĂ©s Ă  une Ă©niĂšme couche de peinture sans volontĂ© excessive de finition, le nettoyage est dans le mĂȘme esprit, c’est Ă  dire fait mais pas dans le but d’atteindre une propretĂ© satisfaisante. Le restaurant propose une cuisine variĂ©e mais toujours adaptĂ©e aux palais dĂ©licats de ces chers europĂ©ens du Nord sous le coup d’un rĂ©gime sans sel. Heureusement le coin des spĂ©cialitĂ©s Tunisiennes propose des choses plus relevĂ©es et il reste possible d’assaisonner soi-mĂȘme. On se sent plutĂŽt dans une cantine correcte qui aurait fait des efforts de prĂ©sentation. CĂŽtĂ© bar, toutes les boissons sans exception sont de trĂšs basse qualitĂ© ce qui rend les cocktails trop sucrĂ©s et peu enthousiasmants. Finalement nous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© payer plus cher pour de meilleurs produits et plus de plaisir Ă  les dĂ©guster. Au global le faible coĂ»t payĂ© hors saison permet de sauvegarder le rapport qualitĂ© prix mais cela n’encourage pas Ă  revenir en pleine saison pour les mĂȘmes prestations ! Le personnel est agrĂ©able d’autant plus si vous distribuez les pourboires dont ils ont bien besoin pour compenser des salaires toujours trop bas

Das Hotel ist ehe mittelmĂ€ĂŸig

Das erster Tag war schrecklich die Zimmern haben gestunken wir hatten Gartenblick gebucht und bekommen haben wir Blick auf den KĂŒchendach, BettwĂ€sche waren benutzt mit Haare und BrotkrĂŒmel . Nach Reklamation wurde am nĂ€chsten Tag die Zimmer geĂ€ndert ab da war alles viel besser Zimmer wurde tĂ€glich gesĂ€ubert und BettwĂ€sche gewechselt. Das Essen war genĂŒgend da aber fĂŒr ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist es mittelmĂ€ĂŸig vorallem alles wurde ohne salz zubereitet. Das Personal war teilweise freundlich am meisten zu europĂ€ischen GĂ€sten. Das Hotel ist mittelmĂ€ĂŸig und nicht zu vergleichen mit ein 5 Sterne Hotel in Antalya.
