「Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!」

Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

On est parti réclamé à la réception et comme par magie la bouteille,vide bien évidemment, est apparue dans le couloir. Une promesse d'enquête nous a été faite par l'administration. 「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」
