「Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「L'hôtel est magnifique. Notre séjour se passait bien jusqu'à la dernière nuitée où on s'est rendu compte qu'il manquait une bouteille de whiskey dans notre chambre. On est parti réclamé à la réception et comme par magie la bouteille,vide bien évidemment, est apparue dans le couloir. Une promesse d'enquête nous a été faite par l'administration. 「An all inclusive resort that provided breakfast/lunch/dinner and evening entertainment. It was right on the beach and the staff was very professional and attentive. A 20 minute walk to the Medina or about a 10-dinar taxi ride.」

「jai sejourne dans cet hôtel du 23 juillet pour 4 nuit la clim fonctionne pas donc ca tend le sejourne fatiguant il faisait tres chaud j'étais au 3 eme etage chambre 320 le téléphone de la chambre hors service la télé une seule chaîne fonctionne mal mais aucune autre chaîne le temps d attente d un plat hyper long hier apres midi je commande un plat a la serveuse le receptionniste vient me voir a ma table en me disant le temps d attente sera une demie heure puis finalement c'était une heure d...

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...
