「Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. 「We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .」

「We have stayed here twice now and love it. Best place to watch the sunset!! The location is perfect for us as we like to stay a little away for the hustle and bustle of downtown Jaco. Uber is working great now and downtown is less than 5 minute ride when you want to go. The two pools are very nice and are located near the restaurant and beach. Staff at the Tiki Bar are awesome plus the food is amazing! Breakfast is included and does not disappoint! There are several other restaurants...
