"Excellent communication and very helpful staff; very impressive view of Vesuvius and Naples Bay from a large balcony - choose Charlotte apartment; very well equipped kitchen; bright apartment; clean; 15 min walk from train station, but might not be suitable for elderly or disabled as on a little hill (also be aware that Sorrento has no pavements in many areas); lift is available at the property (3rd floor). We would happily return!"
