「We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)」

All Inklusive lässt keine Wünsche offen.

「I used to travel for work. I have easily slept in over 1000 hotel rooms. This was the single worst experience of my life. The room key lock kept malfunctioning and they wouldn’t fix it. They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. Being completely jerked around for 6 out 9 days the door mechanisms was finally replaced. But, it took me absolutely loosing my temper and start yelling before this was...

「The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes. Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

「We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was lovely. The main bed was quite hard though, and I had a sore back. The housekeeper was great and very attentive and the mini bar was stocked up daily. The food in buffet was good. The salads looked amazing and wish that I liked it. The restaurant staff were attentive clearing tables and topping up drinks. The option to use the A-la-carte was not great as you had to Watsapp at 9am for the day due to demand meaning we missed...

「Clean comfortable room with balcony which looked onto the river on one side and the main thoroughfare on the other. Air con excellent. Staff upon arrival helped with luggage and cleaner Yulin was superb and very friendly. Good value for money. Very central for everything. All in all a good stay.」

「Bayram yoğunluğu olmasına rağmen yemekler, temizlik, hizmet harikaydı」

「Birkaç saat konaklamak için gittik. Temizlik orta, bina monilyalar vs eski. Koltuk sigara delikleri ile doluydu. Su ısıtıcısını çalıştırmak için buzdolabının fişini telleri çıplak bir uzatma fişinden çıkarıp ısıtıcaya takmnaız gerekiyor vs. Bu durumda kahvaltı için ana binaya geçmedik bile. Mutfağı vs düşünemiyorum bile. 」

Danke!」

「We had an absolutely fantastic time at Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection. Everything about our stay was truly top-notch. The highlight of our trip was easily the incredible food and the wonderful team. Every meal was a culinary delight with a massive variety of fresh, high-quality choices. The staff went above and beyond every single day—they are incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making us feel completely at home. From the pristine facilities to the immaculate...
