「Wir waren mit 1 Kind in einem Familyzimmer in einem Nebenhaus. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, war weniger gut als das im Hauptschlafzimmer, leider zu wenige Steckdosen (es fehlte immer eine um die Geräte auf zu laden). Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war reichlich und Gut.
Insbesondere um die Kinder wurde sich gut gekümmert und Sohn hatte viel Spass. Das Veranstaltungsprogramm war für die Nach/Zwischensaison gut.

「Je suis retournée à l'hôtel Port River, vu l'accueil chaleureux que j'y avais reçu l'année dernière et une fois de plus j'ai été ravie.
J'ai été très touchée par la délicatesse d'un des membres du personnel à l'accueil du restaurant. Ayant appris qu'un Allemand souffrait d'une grippe intestinale, il a fait cuire des pommes de terre exprès pour lui sans matière grasse et lui a apporté des bananes.」

「Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again.
Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great.
only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy.

「Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
