Lovely Hotel stayed here with my 1 year old and wife and their partners and 1 year olds! There is multiple things to do good food and really calm and relaxing vibes even for the little ones. Nice cocktails and mulitple soft drink choices. Would definitely go back!

We had an enjoyable stay at Paloma Oceana.Lovely pools and beach area, lots of food options including lunch restaurant at the beach. We arrived at noon and our room was ready what was a great gusture. All staff are friendly although speak little english.

The family connecting room was perfect but we found the beds to be very uncomfortable with them being very hard. The food was average with the dining area really busy and more like a school canteen - very noisy. The hotel is situated in an ideal area close to shops and restaurants.

Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here

5 üzerinden değerlendirmek gerekirse Yemek kalitesi 3,5 fakat servis hizmetleri 2 (özellikle hijyen, masalar sadece restaurant kapandığında siliniyor maalesef) Mini club 5 Bar hizmetleri 3.5 fakat içecek kalitesi 2.5 Resepsiyon hizmetleri 4 Odalar 5 ama temizlik 3.5( Bir gün temizlik yazısı asmamıza rağmen kimse gelmedi ve yazıyı alıp içeri bırakmışlar, ki isteğimiz sadece havlu değişimi ve çöp alımıydı) Doğa ve bakım hizmetleri 5 Bunun yanı sıra genel olarak bizim en çok dikkatimizi çeken şey ortak alanlarda hijyen gerçekten kötü. Bir masa bir ortam toplanırken sadece boşlar alınıyor. Bir bez ile masa silen görevli neredeyse hiç görmedim. Barlarda kollarınızı masaya koyamıyorsunuz o kadar yapış yapış. Her yer kapandığında temizlik yapılırken silinip temizleniyor fakat %75 doluluk olan bir otel için bu yeterli değil. Son olarakta çalışanlarda genel bir kültür sürekli bir araya gelip bir sorun tartışılıyor. Yabancı misafirler anlamıyor olsa bile Türk misafirde oldukça fazla ve bütün sohbetlerini dinlemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ve bu olumlu bir sohbet değil mutsuzlukları çok yansıyor. Türkçe bilmeyen biri de vücûd dillerinden aynı mesajı alıyordur. Çalışan insanlar tabiki sohbet eder, merhabalaşabilir, bir sorunu çözmeye yönelik konuşabilir ama uslüp misafirleri etkiliyor. Bunun şahsi değil tesis kültürü olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü genel olarak her alanda çalışanlar bu şekilde. F/P olarak tekrar gider miyim? Başka uygunluk bulamazsam %40 ihtimal tercih ederim.

Otelin konumu yemekleri, odaların temizliği personelin ilgisi her şey güzeldi tek sorun ve bence büyük bir sorun Kids Club hijyen adına hiçbir şey yoktu. Yerler çocukların oyun matları ve hatta oyuncaklar kirliydi oyuncaklar çok eski ve çeşit olarak hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Gerçekten bizim için hüsrandı sadece bu sebepten bile bir daha tercih etmem.

Das Hotel der Extraklasse, wir sind nun das 2 te mal dort gewesen und würden es immer wieder buchen. Der Service ist Weltklasse, vorallem im WabiSabi durch Erdogan und an der Loungebar mit den besten Cocktails von Kadir. Alles wurde hervorragend organisiert und hergerichtet. Wünsche wurden ausnahmslos berücksichtigt.

10/10. Obwohl ich all-inclusive Hotels gegenüber skeptisch eingestellt war, hat das Hotel meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Der Strandabschnitt und das Spa sind sehr schön. Das Essen ist ist frisch und abwechslungsreich. Der Service ist sehr gut. Überraschenderweise kann man in fast dem gesamten Hotel auf Deutsch bestellen. Das Publikum besteht (November 2023) überwiegend aus deutschen Paaren die sich auf der Zielgeraden ihres Lebens befinden.

Odalar temiz, isterseniz günluk temizlik yapiliyor, sahilinde dinlenip barinda yemek yiyebiliyorsunuz gun boyu vakit gecirmek icin güzel.Dinlenmek amacıyla gittik ve memnun kaldık.çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve size her konuda yardimci olmaya calisiyorlar.

Leider hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer im Hauthaus mit Gartenblick gebucht, haben dann ein Zimmer mit Landblick bekommen. An der Rezeption bekamen wir zur Antwort das das da gleiche wäre. Finde ich nicht ok. Die Zimmer bekamen wir erst um 12.00 Uhr, Anreise war um 07.00 Uhr. Sonst ist das Hotel super.

Das Personal ist wirklich toll alle wahren immer sehr Freundlich! Für Familien ist dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert, jedoch für junge Leute weniger hat viele Familien einfach eher ältere Leute. Für Junge Leute die gerne auch Ausgehen möchten ist dort in der Umgebung nicht viel los, sehr wenig muss man mit dem Taxi weiter so 5-10min in Side mitten drin dort hat es viele Clubs und Bars, sonst war das Hotel selber wirklich toll, sauber und am Strand auch super! Ein grosses Lob für das Personal die waren alle wirklich super!
