Beautiful property. Our room (family penthouse suite) was extremely clean and everything was new. The food was very good and fresh. Great activities for kids of all ages. It was not too crowded bc we went before the main vacation season.I would definitely recommend this place and would return there. I can't say anything negative.

This is excellent property . Impeccably cleaned and taken care of. Staff speaks multiple languages : English German Russian . Food options are great, larger variety for every taste. Ample amount of beach towels . Lounge chairs are spaced out nicely at the beach and you do not feel overcrowded. Few sections : Adult vs. Family and Smoking vs Non Smoking . Beach is clean and pleasant

The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site.

enjoyed all the time we were there especially the adult section. A la Carte restaurants not easy to get into but food was good in A La Carte restaurants Divan restaurant was ok on some days, but also a bit boring,catering too much for the 'English' taste . However the speciality days the food very good. Could do with a bit more Turkish influence in the entertainment area as have been to other hotels in Antalya and we felt we were in Turkey not England!!

Fabulous family holiday!

Absolutely amazing holiday! Cannot fault a thing! It was perfect. Exceptional service pretty much across the board but specifically from Taner on Reservations and Front Desk; Gokhan (Restaurant Manager) and Ali (Head Chef) - neither could do enough for us and always made sure everything was perfect!; Waiting Staff - Gabriel (Adults Pool - Lovely Jubley); Gamze (Buffet Morning and Lunch Service always with a smile and a big heart); Mustafa (Evening Service in the Buffet - with the glasses and big smile); Atilla (Eveing Service in the Buffet - total gentleman); Pinar (Piano Bar - fab, attentive service); Cavo aka Troublemaker (Clubhouse Bar - makes a mean cocktail and loves a bit of Taylor Swift (not really!)); Cihat (Ocean Rerstaurant - treated us like Kings and Queens!); and Eren (Cabana - such a great smile, happy and with a mean Bailey's Iced Coffee!) and the best entertainment from Victor-The-One-and-Only!!!!! I think that covers most but across the board everyone was wonderful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Never any problem getting sun loungers at the adult pool. Pool staff was attentive and helpful (although the tables on the umbrellas could use a daily wipe down but this was beyond minor). Grounds were immaculate with lots of space. Beach was well maintained and beautiful. We would come back again anytime! Thank you for the best holiday!

Das Akra Sorgun ist ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausserordentlich. Leider fällt das Hotel in punkto Lärm ab. Bei unserem Besuch war es kaum möglich vor 23.30 Uhr zu schlafen, da die Musik der Veranstaltungsplattform und später die Band bis 23.30 Uhr in die Zimmer dröhnt. Zusätzlich war während unseres Aufenthalts auf der Nachbarparzelle eine Sportveranstaltung, so dass bereit am Morgen um 7.15 Uhr die ersten Lautsprecherdurchsagen gemacht wurden und während des Tages durch laute Musik und Lautsprecheransagen am Strand keine Ruhe zu finden war. Das hat unseren Traumurlaub sehr getrübt.

Otel gerçekten hem tesis, hem çalışanlar, hem mutfak hem de temizlik açısından harikaydı. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin konum olarak denize sıfır olması, adult, mixed ve family gibi farklı bölümlere ayrılmış olması, tüm odaların deniz manzaralı olması, yürüyerek sahile inebilme gibi olanaklar açısından da çok güzeldi. Dahası otelin bulunduğu sahil deniz kaplumbağalarının yumurta bıraktığı bir sahil. Sabah erken kalkmanız durumunda (6:30-7:30 arasında) Dekafok derneği gönüllülerinin sahilde korumaya aldığı yuvalardan bebek kaplumbağaların toplanması deneyimine de eşlik edebilirsiniz. Bu açıdan sahildeki işaretli alanlar, yuvalar ve kurallar konusunda gelecek misafirlerin de bilgi sahibi olması çok kıymetli…Özetle Akra Sorgun ekolojik yaklaşım ve doğaya saygı konularında da çok iyi yönetilen bir otel. Herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz ve tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Tüm ekibe tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

çok güzel ancak tek olumsuz özellik olarak otel daha cok ingiliz turistler icin dizayn edilmiş . açık büfe ve kahvaltı mükemmeldi ancak alakart yemekler 5/10 diyebilirim. gayet temiz otel odalar sahil ve denize sahip

Несоответствие цены качеству, причем в массе ньюансов. Мы бронировали номер в Adult Zone, заселили в общую, даже не сообщив об этом при заселении. В ресторане есть зал 18+, но на ужин свободных столов там вы не найдёте. В пляжных зонах грязь, мусор, песок не разравнивается, про просеивание вообще молчу. Уставшие ремонт и оборудование везде: ламинат в номере вытерт, с пятнами, матрасы на лежаках в разводах и порванные. Сад ужоженный, территория красивая. По барам все плохо, а именно по барменам. Хмурые лица, коктейли смешивают как бог на душу положит, про мерные стаканчики они не знают. Ананасик вам положат на край стакана голыми пальцами. Где эти пальцы были до этого остаётся лишь догадываться. Меню в ресторане скудное, включая гриль. Гриль низкого качества и плохо чистится, ярко чувствуется вкус перегорелого жира. Персонал крайне неквалифицирован, на английском практически не говорит, на русском тем более.
