"Extremely filthy hotel. Photos are fake, glasses and linens have hair on them. All corners are dusty and the worst of all is they even want to scam more money from me by pretending to agree to a refund if I first pay again for that night, which I had already paid in full in advance. Later on, after they were unsuccessful with the scam, they lied to the customer service of the platform saying that I checked-in early and used the room before I complain about the sanity issue."
