"We had a great experience at the hotel. Room was clean and the staff got us into our room quickly after a 14 hour flight. The free shuttle from the airport was great because it took a way a worry for us. The hotel is in a good location for food and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful stay"

"Wanted to stay here at the end of my trip as it was close to the airport. This hotel has some many amenities and things to do you could easily spend a few days just trying to do everything without even leaving the area. Check in was very easy. Room was nice and spacious and the dual sinks were nice. My only problem was there was no smart TV and even screen casting needed a special paid app. I guess it forces you to go out and do things at the hotel. The wonderbox and cimer were included in our stay. The wonder box was cute but definitely meant for kids although adults can still have fun. The cimer was interesting with the sauna rooms and pools although I actually enjoyed the free pool at the hotel more. Plenty of room to lounge and swim there as well. I liked the plaza area as it had lots of food options and just a cool place to go and be at. No self laundry machines just laundry service. There is a coin laundry about a 10 min walk away if you wanna go that route. Overall loved our stay and would definitely do it again. "

"Super safe, excellent security, very clean bright, tastefully furnished and decorated. Convenient, every thing provided including washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, snack bar on site including grocery store. Everyone in the office was kind and patient when we had some complications which had nothing to do with our stay. Before our cruise, this was the best place to stay at. "
