「We went to visit the Ercolano so stayed for just one night. The villa was beautiful on the inside and our room was charming. Terese and Luca were amazing! They communicated with us ahead of our arrival and brought a delicious breakfast to our room! Great place for our visit to the historic site. We also had a great pizza dinner at Ravi since the restaurant with Villa Durante could not accommodate us. There are not many options for dinner.」

「The views from the room was amazing! You can see the whole bay! The room and bathroom was very clean. Wonderful staff who were able to help such as places to eat, help book taxis to the airpor and store luggage based on availability. Frederica was excellent at communicating with us and was able to extend our stay as requested! Highly recommend!」

「Very friendly and helpful staff.」

「Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff.」

「I just want to start by saying the negative reviews although not a reason to not book, were concerning. However, from the moment we were picked up by our private driver, we were THOROUGLY impressed with the experience! We arrived early and were able to check-in extremely early, instead of just dropping our bags off. Once inside the room, it was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. 「Dino was an excellent host! Very insightful and made some very tasty cornettos!」

「Good location and clean room. I feel welcome when the staff show her big smile. She even recommend the best seafood restaurant in the town. I had my best spaghetti alle vongole in life.」

「Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.」

「First the hosts are amazing. Helped organise everything and resposes were quick and knowledgable. Just the right amount of help and direction without being intrusive. Next the position! Wow! Your in the thick of it! It was exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend this property.」
