The perfect property right in the center of the old town. Tucked away off the main street with its own entrance and courtyard. There is a lift up to the property which requires 50 cent euro coin which is provided by the hotel. Rooms have ac and are very comfortable and quite modern. The staff were super helpful with recommendation's and any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.

The staff member at the desk was super nice, but we didn’t receive the complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. The shower was gross and the water flew out of the partially permanently open doors, we had to use our towels to carb everything. It looked dirty :( the room walls were paper thin and the area wasn’t the best. Graffiti everywhere! And the building looks pretty run down. Certainly not what was expected coming into Italy for the first time.

I was disappointed by this property. I understand it’s not a hotel, but it’s advertised under the luxury hotels guides and there’s no luxury in this place. The shower in our 3 people room was terrible, water will come out because the doors didn’t connect, and we had a pool every time we took a bath. We asked for a mop to keep the floor dry and were told to use towels from a closet by the room. The toilet to seat was broken, it kept coming out. We ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask for; had to buy. There’s no one at the reception at no time, all the communication is by WhatsApp. The wall decoration on the wall behind the bathroom was coming off. The hair dryer is uncomfortable to use. The only good thing is the location, it’s walkable to all the main attractions.

Perfect - highly recommend

Fantastic Hotel Perfect location Would highly recommend. We used the transfer service offered by the Hotel and that was excellent also. The walls of the room are paper thin and there was a gap in the shower door so all the water spurted out 😬 but it wasn’t enough to mark down the Hotel.

Naples is an interesting city, it doesn’t look the most welcoming. It has constant movement, where you’ll be dodging mopeds and has graffiti everywhere. However Relais San Severo was conveniently placed next to a main shopping street while also being tucked away enough so you don’t hear the movement and feel safe. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. If I ever come to Naples again, I will be a repeat customer.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the historical centre, stepping out of the door to so many excellent places to eat and attraction's. The atmosphere outside the hotel was amazing and a real experience. Inside the hotel was modern and clean. Above all our room was tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden and very tranquil. Hard to believe your in the middle of everything. Our hosts answered all our questions and were very helpful. Guaranteed a peaceful night sleep. When I return to Naples I will definitely stay here again.

Super slow elevator. The entire city seems to lack self-respect. Absolutely everything is filthy dirty disgusting. The graffiti is so thick and pervasive rhat its hard to see anything else. This city has a very long way to go to catch up with the rest of the country. It feels like Tijuana in the 60s. Barely 3rd world. Why is Naples so different from the rest of the country?

Reasonably priced and in the centre of Naples. Room was spacious. Loved our balcony too. Lovely rooftop where we sat one afternoon pity that the hot tub was not available as it would have been ideal, after all the walking. Hotel is close to plenty of restaurant and bars. There were 5 adults and we all loved the area and hotel. We would definately come back and recommend to our friends. Only negative is with both our bookings we shoild have had a bottle of proseco. When we asked about the mini bar the member of staff said everything was extra. At the time we forgot about the proseco until we got home.

Once we found the hotel, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room and staff were stellar. The elevator was a little bit iffy and slow. The terrace was lovely, and housekeeping requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. Our shower was nice, but the positioning of the shower head at the doors would cause flooding into the bathroom. Due to exceptional service and well appointed rooms, we would recommend this hidden gem.
