「Excellent location, great view, nice staff, reasonable price. 」

「I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.」

「Tough day apparently for the well meaning front desk staff and manager. Checked in at 5:30pm on a busy Saturday evening in March. Pull out couch was opened with mattress in half and bottom sheet along with it. Top sheet was in a heap on the night stand. Trash can in kitchen “suite” was on its side. Hmmmm went back down to share with front desk. Manager apologized and said they would take care of it. Also would address stale cigarette odor. Before leaving for dinner 6:45 told staff we were...
