「I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. 」

「We loved the room it self and the location of the hotel. The breakfast is very highly recommended. The complementary water as you walk in is a plus. And a very easy working elevator. The staff was really nice and easy to talk to and out shower was amazing. However the WiFi could be better and the phone service worked everywhere but the room which was weird. But it’s a silver lining. We also stayed on the 4th and had the best clearest view of them from the balcony. We would stay again 」

「I’ve stayed at a few properties on Virginia Beach over the years and none I’d go back to. However, The Capes is on my list of hotels I’d rebook. The rooms were clean; the property was clean. The indoor pool was warm and seemed pretty clean. They offer an on-site restaurant. I did not try this time around so I can’t speak to the food there. They also offer ample parking that is easily accessible. I guess if I were to offer one thing I’d like to see, it’d be a soap rack in the shower or towel rack...

「Angie’s cottage was a great place to stay! My family had a great time! The place was super clean, the housekeeping staff were great making sure we had everything we needed! The owner Steve is a great guy! He was very personable and had great suggestions on things to do in the area! This place is like a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was so nice!
