"Always a fantastic ocean view and kind accommodating stuff specially the couple in charge of room service on the 5th floor Mack and Urmi they were very sweet remarkable with the service provided. We love this hotel we were happy to get a good deal this time but in the summer it can get very pricey."

"First, the parking was really good for a beach front property. I drive a large SUV and had no problem maneuvering through the parking garage. (This might be different in the busy months.) The young lady who worked the front desk when we checked in was excellent and very helpful. All of our interactions with her were pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was average - nothing special but no complaints. My only complaint would be the lack of shower pressure and we could never get the water hot. No matter how long we would run the water or the time of day, it would always be cold to barely warm. We would probably stay here again with the hopes the water issue was a fluke."

"The only bad things was the construction going on the breakfast was only till 9 other than that the staff was super nice and helpful and the room was great and had a pretty good view of the beach even though it wasn’t ocean front we could still see the ocean "

"This is a very modern hotel. It has wonderful amenities for guests as well as the community. There is an activities offered each day throughout the week, which is really great. The drinks at the bar are really good - not too strong not too weak. There was a really good crowd in the lobby area which I really do enjoy. The hotel staff was very pleasant & my room overall was very clean. "

"Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and I appreciated that breakfast was well-stocked and they even ask to take your trash for you. We enjoyed the hot tub and obviously how close the hotel is to the beach. My only qualms were that the toilet seat was a little wonky like it needed to be secured and I wished the bed and pillows were more comfortable. But I also have back problems and it's hard to find anything comfortable. Overall happy with our stay!"

"Clean room. Friendly staff. I just wish there had been less of a hard sell on the timeshare aspects. I said no when I came in and still received phone calls in my room trying to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. "
