「Nice view of the seashore」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「It was a very nice hotel I will stay again! Although I never been to a hotel with a sink and a refrigerator without cups/glasses, silverware or stove/stove top. 」

「We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed the location because it is close to everything, but yet on the quieter side of town. The room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Only con is the self parking lot is across the street, so be prepared for that unless you choose to pay more for valet parking. 」

「It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!」

「Our brief Virginia Beach trip couldn’t have been any easier! I arrived with my sister and her wheelchair, and as promised, they had an accessible room for us with an oceanfront view. I didn’t expect to also get a balcony, a small kitchen, a separate living area. They were very kind to give us the option of parking in the handicap zones right in front or complimentary parking across the street in the garage.
