"They need better instructions on the location. This suite is located within The Riviera of Atitlan hotel and it's confusing trying to find the location. The phone number provided is not available on the weekends. They need a number 24/7. Finally, we didn't get room service at all. At least one day it would have been great to get clean towels. "
