The Residences at Las Palmas

"La villa es muy bonita, cómoda y con excelentes instalaciones; el lugar en sí es prácticamente perfecto. Lamentablemente, todo se ve arruinado por el pésimo servicio y la total falta de responsabilidad del encargado.
El Sr. Fernando fue quien nos entregó la villa y nos recibió. Desde el inicio nos aseguró que durante la semana irían a realizar limpieza, cosa que nunca sucedió. Estuvimos 5 días completos y no fue nadie a limpiar ni una sola vez.
Como consecuencia directa de esta falta de limpieza, aparecieron hormigas en el baño, las cuales se extendieron a las habitaciones y nos picaron mientras dormíamos. Esta situación se le informó al Sr. Fernando, y no nos dio ninguna solución, ni apoyo, ni seguimiento. Simplemente fue ignorado el problema.
Para colmo, al momento de la salida le enviamos mensajes para saber con quién debíamos dejar las llaves, y jamás respondió. Hasta el día de hoy no ha contestado, demostrando una total falta de profesionalismo y atención al huésped.
Las llaves finalmente se dejaron con el Sr. Francisco en recepción, quien tuvo con nosotros un trato excelente, atento y respetuoso, siendo la única persona que realmente cumplió con su trabajo.

❌ Servicio inexistente y pésima gestión del encargado de la villa
Es una verdadera lástima que un lugar con tanto potencial quede tan mal parado por la negligencia de quien debería encargarse de que la experiencia sea buena."

"Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things. "
