Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). 「Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it.」
