「I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!」

「Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice. The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers...

「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

At her recommendation, I visited the beautiful on-site sauna, ice bath and gym facilities. The rooms are small (standard in Stockholm) but it has everything you'll need (fluffy towels, bathrobes and nice slippers). The heated bathroom floors are a very nice touch.
