「room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.」

「ログハウスは本当に素敵で快適に過ごせました。 家族6人でも広々で備品類も充実しておりました。 ただお風呂が古かったので、少しだけ残念でした。 また、山奥なので携帯が圏外でした。 Wi-Fiもありますが遅く、少々不便でした。 宿泊料を考えれば大変満足できる施設でした！」
