"Able to accomodate early check in. Long wait for elevator, as one was out of service. Unfortunately alot of homeless individuals all around downtown, not the fault of hotel. "

"A nice, small waterfront resort. Stayed one night with my wife. A very comfortable and restful stay. A beautiful view of Lake Washington and even saw snow capped Olympic Mountains in the morning. Mostly cloudy and rainy though. The room with a balcony on the second floor was spacious. The king sized bed was very comfortable. "The staff was always helpful and available and the room was nice. The rooftop patio was wonderful. We went several evenings to the very nearby Safeway to buy something for dinner instead of walking to any restaurants. They have almost anything you might need."

"One of two elevators was out of order for an entire week. I had to wait for an elevator for a long time."

"Upgrades are going on around the area. Hotel is nice, clean. And 4 blocks from Pikes about a 15 min walk to the space needle. Bus stop in next block Link Light Rail to Airport 4 blocks up. Front dest Host Super nice! Bikes to use with Lock and Helmet. 1st impression nice inexpensive hotel. If it changes I will update this."
