The hotel and surrounding area were slightly better than average. However, they need to install something in the shower which will prevent guests from slipping; I slipped and hurt myself slightly during my visit. 🙁

Conveniently located in the middle of Smithtown but this place is a dump. The smell, the furniture everything needs an upgrade.

property was convenient, quite and relatively clean. However, the staff is not at all friendly; room needed major renovation; door to bathroom scratched and in need of repair; lights next to bed did not work; electrical wall outlets did not work to charge phone.

I got what I paid for. The location was very good. The place was pretty clean, but in need of some significant touchup and repair. The curtains were being held up by bungee cords.

There were two large potholes. One in the front lot, the second around the curve to the back. The soda machine was out of order, and wishing at least the juice machine was operational. The room was clean, the AC worked wonderful, and I would book again.
