My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. I hope this feedback is helpful for your maintenance and cleaning teams."
