「Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, when it was advertised it wasn’t advertised as an apartment/hotel. The swimming pool was a little bit under the weather and needed a bit of a freshen up so we didn’t use it. The hot breakfast didn’t look very appetising so we didn’t eat it. 「Room creepy, old, horrible bed, not enough covers. Too cold. Wanted to charge extra for heater. Looked old and dirty 」

「Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。」

「2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well.」

「Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony. Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere. 3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette. 4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower. 6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. 7. We got the room so late, close...

「Front door was unlocked and open when entering property No hot water till the afternoon of the next day Did not have towels, bedsheets for all individuals indicated in reservations Unit was falsely advertised as it was under construction so the whole balcony was cut off - we couldn't access the balcony and we had workers walking in front of us so we had no privacy 」

「Tuve un error al contratar, mi intención era entrar Viernes y salir el domingo, y sólo puse sábado. No me aceptaron la rectificación. Tuve que reservar de nuevo el Viernes, en otro apartamento y hacer checking dos veces. Un sin sentido, además de cobrarme dos veces las tasas de turistas 4+4€...」

「The property is in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush greenery and the views of the sunset and ocean from our balcony was amazing. The beach is a short 5 min walk down the trail from the property. The town of ferragudo is about 2 km from the property and takes 20 to 25 min to walk via the beach or down the road. We enjoyed the peace of the pool and surrounding lounging areas. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. The staff were especially nice.」

「We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.」
