「The lobby area and room were spotless. Everything looked newly renovated and the design was exceptional. The room was small but had a large and beautiful bathroom. 「We loved our stay at Placid Village. The host was very helpful and friendly. They delivered a huge breakfast of a fruit tray, pancakes, a variety of breads, milk, juice, coffee. There were several nice restaurants nearby 5 minutes driving. There are several beaches and the seven hanging valley trailhead within 5minutes driving. The area is very quiet and dark at night. The only problem I had was that gps sent me to a somewhat isolated residential area using the address listed. I reentered...

「A perfect home base in the western Algarve. Clean, quiet and family run. Breakfast options are good and get you set for the day. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Appreciated being up away from the beach but still easily walkable to Algar Seco boardwalk and the beach. Easy parking and easy to leave and return to the Inn after day trips. Plus, returning to pool area after walking trails all day was a real treat. Highly recommend!」

「Mooi, kleinschalig hotel in het leuke stadje Silves. Mooie, schone kamer, heerlijke douche. Wij sliepen beneden waar je verkeer hoorde van de doorgaande weg. Dit vooral vroeg in de ochtend. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima in orde. 」

「Everything was clean and staff was very courteous and friendly. The morning breakfasts were delicious and very satisfying. The pool was always crowded however and the no leaving towels for more than an hour was not enforced. We could not enjoy the pool for that reason as not enough areas to sit. 」

「Amazing property. SUPER QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment I had had three outdoor areas so you had all day sunshine. Spa and pool area is lovely though I didn't know how to get the steam room to work. 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the shop. The apartment came with a shopping trolley which was super handy for doing all my grocery shopping. Would go back here any time.」
