"This was amazing while I was staying a lot of renovations where happening but was not disruptive in any way I stayed here in 2024 and it was amazing I chose it again in 2026 and there as many amazing upgrades the value for your money is amazing great for the kids location is amazing if you plan on walking using uber and or driving if you stay more than 7 days the resort fees and parking fees are waived so that was a huge bonus I will definitely be staying here again for the third time in my next visit and with all the upgrades in the last 2 years and everything that’s currently going on I imagine it only going to get better "

"Ok, this place is great! The check-in process was a little odd...check in at 4pm, told room wasn't ready so they "upgraded" us....thanks...I think 🤔 Derek was great at getting us all lined up and gave us a map, information on where pools, restaurants and such are located on the property as well as a detailed explanation as to how to get to our place! We stayed at the Cascades area, directly across from the pool in our "upgraded" 5th floor one bedroom place (which really was very nice), but Derek lies. He told us there was a sky light to view the stars at night from our room. I can promise you, we did NOT have a skylight...but the place was awesome and we really did not care about a skylight. The pools...so nice! We walked the property and checked out each pool and ended up spending most of our time at the Cascades pool with the Castaways Bar and Grill. Excellent service here! Drew and Steve were amazing! Seriously...these guys were top notch! We also checked out the Tiki bar at the Fountains pool area where Warren helped us out with drinks. Friendly and pleasant to talk to! He was prompt and very courteous! You can definitely walk the entire property, and I would recommend doing so of you want a little exercise while staying here! Also...one thing to note, after check in they send you to the concierge service desk and they try to get you signed up for a time-share session...we simply told them "not interested" and it was easy enough to move on without pressure. "
