When we arrived I had an issue with the fold out sofa bed for the children, when I asked about this the owner himself came to see us and nothing was too much trouble. "This is actually a fantastic hotel for families. We rented a two bedroom house with a private pool. The service was excellent. They have a great breakfast spread.
