「Location was very good, short walk to the clock tower and shops. Staff were brilliant. Check in was smooth and we managed to get into the room a little early. The room (we stayed in 319) was as described, it had a very big balcony with a view to the sea. The bathroom was quite small but we could live with that to have the balcony and views. The food was excellent, we booked bed and breakfast but also had a dinner in. Breakfast was buffet style. The dinner menu gave a reasonable choice of...

「Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again」

「We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!」
