Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working. They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room. Wallpaper ripped off wall. We stayed one night and left for a better hotel. Complained to staff...

"Excellent stay on both ends of our trip. Dim sum poolside after two days of traveling was excellent. Not to mention amazing breakfast buffet and brand new espresso machine"

"Although the pictures represent a very clean, nice hotel, this is not the reality of its current state. Our room was not clean (bathroom was really dirty and had missing caulking and fungus) which was masked by a mothball scent. "
