First of all, i booked a non-smoking room but the corridor to the rooms on First Floor has cigarette smoke all the time. "Dans un premier temps la réception n'a pas trouvé notre réservation, puis nous a informé qu'il ne restait plus de chambre supérieure et n'avait pas vu que nous avions reservé 2 chambres.....
