「The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay.」

「Great stay on my way to Russia. Restaurant upstairs was really good and had amazing views. I evidently booked a very small room and when I saw it, I asked to upgrade and was willing to pay for it. But, they graciously upgraded me to a gorgeous room with a view for free. I loved the restaurant with a terrace and spanning views of the city (it was a little pricey, but very delicious). 「This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I believed the hotel was overbooked. When we arrived at abt 10:30 pm, my friends and I (we booked 2 rooms) were asked to move to Manesol Boutique Galata which has a much lower room rate (we checked the room rate for the next day from Hotels.com - Galata USD46 VS Old City Bosphorus USD344).
