「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Fijne en schone bungalow met gebruik va. Hotelfaciliteiten zoals zwembad en eetgelegenheden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Bijna elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Nadeel: hoog gelegen bungalows veel klimmen.」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.」

「The room was really spacious, staff attentive throughout and well cleaned facilities. I was on a cycling holiday with half board option, the breakfast was good and dinner had an extensive choice of options each night to try out. Table service worked really effectively taking away dirty dishes etc. and you could tell staff really like their work😀」

「Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...
