「The house was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants one way and 7 minutes the other way. Seriously! Less than 1 minute from the beach. The staff were nice and polite. The place quiet and peaceful. We truly had a fabulous time. 」

La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「We have been to Gran Canaria many times but was our first time at this apartments. I can’t wait to be back. Rodrigo, Alex and Inma were excellent. Kept the place spotless every day and made sure the ca offer their hep if needed. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. And the common areas very well manicured. The best was the slightly heated pool which meant you can use the pool whatever the weather 」

「Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.」
