「Wij hebben geen negatieve punten te melden. Het was écht top om bij Dona Rosa te verblijven. Ontvangst perfect bij aankomst door Sara van de receptie. Rustige omgeving alles direct op loopafstand, Spar, restaurants, strand en boulevard. Huurauto kan je voor en achter parkeren. De service, gastvrijheid, netheid en bungalows waren goed en compleet ingericht. Voor ons herhaling vatbaar. Muchos Gracias. 」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Bra läge, mellan San Augustin och Maspalomas så man kunde gå åt båda håll på strandpromenaden. Trevlig personal i den lilla restaurangen vid poolen. Personalen i receptionen var trevliga men tyckte det var kompicerat att beställa taxi. Lättast att anlända när receptionen har öppet och inte när den har stängt. Ska vara krånligt att komma in då, även om man checkat in online. Vi är nöjda överlag med allt! Och kan tänka oss att bo här igen. 」

「It’s rated as a 3 star accommodation. The apartment furniture is dated. It’s has very nice swimming pool and extremely well located to walk to the beach… only 5 minutes. We would stay there again!」

「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Personnel serviable. Restaurant abondant et varié : Grillades, pizzas, légumes, pâtes ou plats cuisinés. Le buffet des desserts est plutôt simple et répond davantage à des amateurs de pâtisseries de moyenne qualité. Une machine à crème glacée avec différents nappage et des fruits. Même si l'hôtel est ancien, il est propre et bien maintenu. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est agréable mais on retrouve comme partout des gens irrespectueux qui "réservent" leur transat sans...
