「The staff were phenomenal!!! But there’s nothing in walking distance other than pool and beach there’s nothing to do. They don’t open the beach until 10 or 11 for you to have chairs and umbrella. They close everything beach and pools and 2 restaurants at 6. You have to have a vehicle to go to anything and you can only use valet parking that you are also charged to your room. And there’s resort fees charged to the room. The prices in the restaurant that does stay open is super high! They have 0...

「The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The...
