Convenient. Concierge is helpful and friendly. Floor 11 and 13 hallway carpet was smelly. But, I still love Carlton. Room is good size. Comfortable clean bathroom. Needs a little more bright for the room. Coming back.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, and all the necessary facilities are kept in good condition. However, the only drawback is the very limited storage space in the rooms. There are only few hangers available, with no shelves or drawers to unpack clothes conveniently. It would be a great improvement if more clothing storage could be added for guests.

My rooms was on 4th floor and all I could see is the building next to it which makes the experience of staying there a bit disappointing. And I thought this hotel is selected as one of the best hotels in Singapore but unfortunately I have to disagree with that decision. I saw a lot of fruit flies in the shower booth and that’s already a sign that this place is not “excellent.” For breakfast, I added the plan to my reservation beforehand but I only went once for my 3 nights stay. Their food selection is limited and the staffing was in short so before they guide me to the seat, I had to wait for 5 minutes. The staff clearly noticed that I was in queue to be seated but they kept doing something else. Honestly it wasn’t really worth it for me to add breakfast plan. I would rather eat out breakfast outside in a nice cafe.
