The apartment is spacious, clean with very comfy beds. We could have done with some more cups and cutlery though. Breakfast was different every day and catered for many different cultures. However, what made this apartment outstanding were the people. From the beautiful cleaning lady with a big smile on her face to the security guards, all were so friendly and happy!! The vibe of the place created by staff was unbelievable great!

Location was great and staff were super helpful and friendly but the wifi was bad - couldn’t connect at all in the room. Also the bathroom didn’t have a fan and flooded easily.

Pros: - kind staff - clean building - good location - decent gym and pool - no coffee machine Cons - sub par breakfast - no windows in sitting room - no cleaning on weekends - shower only does mega hot, no temp control - BIGGEST ISSUE: the hotel has chosen super heavy chairs the bottoms of which (as with the tables) make an horrifically loud sound and vibration on the floor. If you have very strange neighbor above you who for some unknown reason moves his furniture around constantly until 12/1am and kicks off again at 6am, you will not sleep well.

Great location and wonderful staff
We love returning to this place where staff are so friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment has everything we need ( Although I would love to have a couple of mugs for hot drinks not just the small tea cups and an extra small sharp knife would be helpful for fruit etc.) It is well serviced every weekday and free water, tea provided. Great breakfast included, nice pool and excellent location. Highly recommend.

This property had wonderful staff, the property was clean and close to everything, a good location. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of food to cover all tastes. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance, but we did go to take a look and it looked inviting, a well equipped small gym and sauna is also on this property. The Orchard Grand Court was well priced and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We had a nice stay in a 1 bedroom apartment. While not the fanciest amenties, it was very handy having things like a kitchenette and washing machine available to us. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant. A few things to note: They provide many bottles of water but the tap water is safe to drink. Supermaket and pharmacy is downstairs and very handy. The TV is on the living room wall so you arent able to watch TV in bed (probably the only downside). The hotel is very close to Somerset station MRT so very handy to get around. Bring an umbrella for the afternoon thunderstorms!

Great stay
Moved to OGC for 10nights because of renovation at home. I was pleasantly surprised that the 1BR was relatively spacious. The property may look dated on the outside but the interior was quite modern looking. It’s also conveniently located, and there is a 24hours supermarket within the same building. I had a great stay overall, though it was a little pricey.

Very clean, has a washing machine, close to mrt Station, orchard Road shopping, lots of reasonable eateries nearby, next door to a supermarket a bonus for self catering needs. Lovely swimming pool with small gym. Adequate bfast.

I liked the location of the hotel, andthe fact that there were cooking facilities- even though we did not use them. I did not like that there was no communal lounge or bar facility.

Great hotel and staff would happily recommend it.
It was amazing staff great the only thing I would complain about the Friday linen stunk of cigerette smoke and we had to use them until Monday as there was no service to rooms on the weekends.On the Monday we checked out.

This was just off Orchard Road In a great location. Noise level was lowish, clean, pool, gym, rooms generous, included breakfast. Walking distance to info centre, MRT, buses and so many shopping centres.

4.5 stars. YES, we would go back. We needed an apartment for a week Singapore, and the Orchard Grand Court was the best combination of price, location and service. Rooms were clean and fairly modern. For a two bedroom - fairly reasonable in price.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. The room was very comfortable....the breakfast excellent....the area....for us...great. And....it's attached to a giant supermarket! Perfect for rooms with a refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. (plus washer-drier!) What more can we say??!!

A great place to stay
This was an amazing place to stay. You could walk to everything. orchard road was a five minute walk and it has the best shopping 🛍 and food. The meals at the motel were excellent the service was excellent.
